Forget Katrina, Angel ‘Nano’ takes avatar

Hey! Bhadasians, this is my first Bhadas on this Blog. I am sorry to write in English kyuni mujhe pata hai agar main Hindi me likhunga to mujhse bahut sari " Kshamayen" hongi aur aap log mujhe "Galti" karenge. Hope to convey me. BTC
With skyrocketing aspirations and proportionately escalating per-capita income, the Indian Gen-Y now live in a Happy Paradise. The Gen-Y’s Live Your Dream Attitude is answered as Tata unveils its latest Virgin Machine-lady ‘Nano’.

With Tata unveiling the ‘Rs 1 lakh’ enigma, the middle and lower-middle class are a Happy Family now. Now, a middle-class father would not take his son to school on his old Bajaj Scooter. He is got a Nano, the real mass-car. Now, a boyfriend would also not only dream to take his ‘Princess’ on a long drive on a moon-lit evening, he has got Nano, the real joy-machine.

“What were the days, when a two-wheeler used to cost about Rs 50,000, half the price of the Rs 1 lakh Nano, and buyers were usually limited to three-year loans.” This saying would soon be in trend as world's cheapest car, Nano, seems accessible.

Let me present you that only eight Indians out of every thousand own a car, compared with about 750 per thousand in the United States. The per-capita income of Indians is up by 8.4 per cent over last year, an improvement over that year's 7.4 per cent gain over the year before. Hero Honda, the world's largest two-wheeler maker, has estimated that 30 million to 40 million people join India's middle-class annually. If all goes well, how this Car Appetite figures change, can you imagine?

Currently, Tata is the second-largest heavy bus maker in the world. But its 15 per cent share of the Indian passenger car market pales in comparison with that of Maruti Udyog, the Suzuki-partnered company with a 55 per cent stake. A successful launch of the Rs 1 lakh could break Maruti's stranglehold. And because of its low price and icon status, Tata's new model, Nano, should also swipe customers from Hero Honda and other two and three-wheel manufacturers like Bajaj Auto and TVS Motor.
