While I was giving final shape to the newsletter on Thursday night, a debate on blogging on a TV channel attracted my attention to irritation level. I do not have any respect for the type of content most of TV channels are vomitting out.This debate was shameless show of ignorance of the participants about the blogging. The confidence with which these gentlemen were engaged in conversation reminded me what famour British Philosopher Bertrand Russel said "The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt".
They were talking about blogging as if it was an extra terrostorial creature suddenly seen on the land called India. Blogging is a personal diary. This is what it was on day one and what it is today. So, what is wrong if Amitabh uses blog to express himself? The group discussed the danger of the tool of power of expression in the hands of an individual. They compared it with newspaper and the editor forgetting that they are producing the worst kind of rubbish despite having all kind of editors in the channel. Someone said that blogs are screened by the company which provides the blogging tool.
All this at a time when the world is talking about the blogging by US Presidential candidates and wife of a theatre world personality exposing impotence of her husband in all imaginable ways.
My dear friend blogging is the biggest leveler. It makes everyone with an internet connection a publisher of his views. And internet connection is not a problem. Cybercafe are aplenty.

ये कोई चर्चा नहीं थी,
एक डर मात्र जो मीडिया के दिलो दिमाग में समाया जा रहा है पर परिचर्चा मात्र थी. सो आप क्योँ बेकार में ग्रेडिंग दे रहे हो. ससुरे थर्ड ग्रेड पाकर भी बहूत खुश हो जायेंगे कि चलो कुछ तो मिला, देखने वाले मिल नहीं रहे हैं, सुनने वाले दूर जा रहे हैं, विश्वसनीयता कम हो रही है सो चलो ग्रेड ही सही.

Well Yogesh, I totally concur with you on this, Most of the people with whom I spoke have given more or less the same kind of feedback as you have posted. But the irony is that why was it trying to be Pro bhadas? There are so many God Damn blogs in this cyberspace, why are these so called patrons of our society trying to force there opinions on people? And why do they forget that its a free world and any and every one has the right to express himself or herself. No matter in what they express themselves.
This debate was absolutely out of sheer frustration that the media these days is going thru, as they think that Bhadas as a blog is running parallal to other news mediums, and everything is published here irrespective of the idea behind the story.
So once again I see it as the victory of a unique idea which was started in the form of Bhadas.
And inadvertently it has given us more of publicity than any disgrace.

बात दरअसल ये है कि आज तक ये लोग दूसरों को आईना दिखाते रहे हैं. ख़ुद का चेहरा तो इन्हें दिखता नहीं है इसलिए स्वयंवर में गए नारद की तरह इन्हें भी अपना चेहरा खूबसूरत ही लगता रहा है . अब जब भड़ास पर इन्हे इनकी असली सूरत दिखाई जाने लगी तो तिलमिलाहट स्वाभाविक है. अहम् ये नहीं है कि वो समाचार भड़ास के पक्ष में था या विपक्ष में. अहम् ये है कि भड़ास की गूँज दूर-दूर तक सुनाई दी जाने लगी है. बस हमें भड़ास को भड़ास बनाये रखना है.
