Adult film posters outside Higher Secondary School- A breeding ground for juvenile delinquency?

इस्लामियां कालेज रोड पर खलील हायर सेकेण्डरी स्कूल के सामने वयस्क फिल्मों के पोस्टर लगे रहने की शिकायत जिलाधिकारी व एस एस पी से की है। इन पोस्टरों में अश्लील सामग्री से कम आयु के छात्रों के कोमल मस्तिष्क पर पड़ने वाला बुरा प्रभाव उन्हें यौन अपराधों कीओर दुष्प्रेरित कर सकता है। इसकी परवाह न तो स्कूल प्रशासन को है न ही अभिभावकों को। इस मार्ग पर राजकीय इंटर कालेज सहित कई अन्य शिक्षण संस्थाएं भी होने के कारण बच्चों का आवागमन रहता है। हाल के वषों में किशोर अपराधिकता बढ़ी है, निर्भया कांड भी  इसका उदाहरण है। शहर के सभी शिक्षण संस्थानों के पास ऐसे पोस्टर लगाने पर रोक लगाने का अनुरोध किया गया है। पत्र की कॉपी महिला बाल कल्याण मंत्री मेनका गांधी को भी भेजी है।

On the above mentioned subject your kind attention is drawn to display of posters of ‘A’ certificate films outside Khalil Higher Secondary School Bareilly. Photo taken today. See attachment.
Needless to mention that the posters contain obscene contents which tend to deprave morals of students which are of tender age. This is particularly in the context of recent spurt in juvenile delinquency  about sexual offences.
This would be in the interest of society if you kindly issue directions to cinema halls owners/ managers not to put cinema posters in proximity  of all educational institutions in city.
