Way to flexible retirement!

People retire from work for different reasons. While a person is on work, it’s a good idea to think about the reasons why and when he/she want to retire. If people spend time thinking about what they want to do and when he/she wills to stop working, this may help them to make decisions.

Research shows that people probably aren’t saving enough to meet their future requirement.  As much as one quarter of our lives is now spent in retirement—almost half as much time as a typical worker spends in the labor force.

Are you having the plan to, allow yourself to enjoy your current life style in retired days and devoid the dependency on your Childs income? Are ready to stay active mentally, emotionally and spiritually?  In retirement, our each day Sunday to complete our untaken advent of aspirations but the point is how to afford the inflated cost of retirement?

The current generation (working people with young age) will live longer than previous ones due to improved medical and healthcare, implying the need to gather enough funds that can sustain longer life. This also implies that the healthcare needs and expenses are likely to haunt us. So we should be very serious to save for retirement in time of our precious employability.

Financial challenges can force you to extend your career beyond the planned exit point. Many people have been unable to get ahead due to unpredictable financial and housing market fluctuations that chewed away at their retirement nest egg. Those who did not save enough to retire well cannot cut the cord and start their second act. They might need to deal with unhealthy levels of stress and the constant competition to rise above for years longer than they would like to.

Starting early helps save more. So, it’s a better age and better time to think about morbidity age and plan to spend more time doing other things for personal enjoys, or to try something new in the life as desired.

Things to remember while planning for retirement

Decide -“what income require for cord of retirement”
How much income you require to survive comfortably in your retirement years. Think about phase like increased medical costs, vacations but reduce costs like children's education and rent, if you own your home. You must map this income on basis of your current lifestyle.

Determine –“how much to save to meet the need of retirement”
How much you need to save regularly, starting today, to have the right amount. Start allocating as much as you can towards your retirement kitty. In case you are currently not in a position to set apart the funds required, start with whatever is at your disposal.

Allocate strategically – “identify the Risk Profile and allocate accordingly”
The process of determining which mix of assets to hold in your portfolio is a very personal one. The asset allocation that works best for you at any given point in your life will depend largely on your time horizon and your risk profile.
