Take two large Aloe vera leaves. Wash in running water and wipe with a clean cloth. Cut away the thorns and make small pieces. Blend the aloe vera pieces, 250 Gm honey and four spoons whisky or vinegar in a blender. Your aloe vera juice is ready. Keep it in the freeze. Consume it within 10 days. Recipe by Mrs. Usha Verma
