Flaxseed powder : 40 gms.
Whole wheat flour : 50 gms.
Bengal gram flour : 10 gms.
Coriander leaves : 10 gms.
Oil : To taste
Salt : To taste
Turmeric powder : a pinch
Red chilli powder : a pinch
1. Mix flaxseed powder, Whole wheat flour, Bengal gram flour,
chopped Coriander leaves, salt, Turmeric powder and Red chilli
2. Make the dough, knead the dough and portion out into 2-3 equal
3. Roll the pancakes and use oil while folding them.
4. Roast them on frying pan or tawa, and serve hot.
