Ranjit Singh & Anr. Vs. State of Punjab & Ors. ..
PRESENT: Mr. Sandeep S. Majithia, Advocate, for the petitioners.
**
The question that requires consideration is whether the
petitioners are entitled to allotment at the old rate or at new one?
Since it is not mentioned in the allotment letter as to how the rate of
`15600/- has been worked out, let notice of motion be issued for
01.12.2015.
Records be produced.
Meanwhile, those of the petitioners who are still eligible to
deposit the installments, may do so subject to final outcome of the
writ petition.
